I know it looks like 3YD but it’s actually BYD it stands for Build Your Dreams

It is true that whenever someone talks about electric cars, Tesla is the first thought that crosses our minds, and without a doubt, it has maintained its place for so long.
With its mean-looking eyes, the BYD Seal is ready to take its rivals to the ground with advancement in several fields, bringing the famous Tesla to the stake.

The famous Tesla Model 3 looks familiar from a distance, but we must admit that everything has its time, and then the crown shifts to the next king.
If we compare the looks with the BYD Seal, Tesla comes short of the taste one deserves when shifting towards electric cars. It looks blunt compared to the BYD Seal, and we must accept that.

I had to admit that I was a fan of the Tesla Model 3 until I was not after laying my eyes on this exotic beauty. Deep in your hearts, you must admit that the BYD Seal, with those sharp details, beats Tesla any day.
The proper sedan shape and connecting LED taillights add the missing element of style that we were craving in the Tesla Model 3.

Yes, this used to look attractive and new when it first hit the market. We could have listened to everyone just talking about it at that time.
The simplicity of the Tesla Model 3 does look good, but BYD Seal made us realize the lost elements, which enlightened the desire for better options we can get.

Do you see something? Yes, exactly nothing at all. I understand it was designed to be futuristic, but that does not mean going blank with nothing to feel good about.
I can’t have any information behind my steering wheel, which might work for some people, but as a car enthusiast, I like my stuff up front.

Now, that is what I was talking about. The previous slide looked satisfying until we slipped on this one, right? Now, it is easier to identify all the missing elements we could not add to words if we had not been blessed with such a comparison.
Being in the future does not mean going blank without any liveliness in your daily driven car.

In my opinion, these physical buttons save you from the time you spend searching through your infotainment screen like an idiot if you want to engage or disengage any of these handful of features.
The physical gear selector and volume knobs make you stay connected to the feel you should have if you are a millennial and drive a lot of options around.

The BYD Seal comes with a maximum 5-star crash test rating. However, Tesla has the upper hand in those sectors if we talk about phantom collision alerts and lane-keep assist controls.
Considering the years it has spent on autopilot and other unbeatable automation features, we can happily give that to Tesla.

The BYD Seal offers a front trunk rather than no space in front like its other models, the Dolphin and the Atto 3. It has a compartment offering space of 50 liters.
However, the Tesla Model 3, being there for much more time, has added up the front compartment, offering 88L of space. There is plenty of room in the rear trunk, and the front one is mainly used to store charging cables so that I can overlook that.

The BYD Seal offers a price of 3,000 dollars less than the Tesla Model 3, costing approximately 58,798 Dollars, which is value for your money.
The Tesla Model 3, on the other hand, comes with a price tag of almost 61,900 dollars. Plus, the on-road costs would not differ from one another by far.

The BYD has 29 years of experience in the battery manufacturing field. Considering their dedicated years in research, we should expect a better battery in the BYD Seal than Tesla.
It meets our expectations as the BYD Seal claims 354 miles of range while the Tesla Model 3 offers 320 miles.

Despite bucket-back seats in the front, the rear seats have an impressive legroom designed for comfort. The legroom is spacious, and the rear passengers have a reclined sitting posture.
It offers a pair of power sockets along the ride to keep your devices charged. Offering one old-style USB and one newer and more advanced USB-C type. The ISOFIX, along with its widely-opening rear doors, allows the placement of child seats very quickly.

The intelligence Torque Adaptation Control (iTAC) reduces power take-off, making it utilize the drive torque smartly from the torque shift, effectively reducing negative torque output.
In simple words, it eliminates the danger of a vehicle skidding out of control, unlocking the full potential of its power. This system enhances safety and promises an overall smooth and secure driving experience.

The heads-up display is a blessing for drivers as they feel anxious without having to check the statistics of the car properly. Tesla Model 3 missed it and instead put all the information in the middle screen, making it inconvenient.
It provides all the necessary information upfront for the driver, including speed and battery range, not forgetting the driving moods and other stuff. It leaves the middle screen bigger and dedicated to navigation and entertainment purposes.

The BYD Seal AWD has claimed openly on rear badging about its acceleration from 0-60 mph in 3.8 seconds. The Tesla Model 3 claims an acceleration of 2.9 seconds, which is quite impressive.
I would feel much better if my family took off in a car offering 3.8 rather than 2.9 seconds as it is a family sedan, and safety is the top priority rather than mere acceleration.

This fantastic car is the first to be equipped with cell-to-body technology, integrating the Blade Battery flawlessly into the car body, making a sandwich-like structure.
With this technology, the blade battery is much more than a mere power source for the vehicle; it adds structural rigidity and withstands high forces. This technology makes it safe and contributes to its 5-star safety ratings.
